How secure is this website? Is my credit card safe?
This web site is secured with SSL encryption technology. All payments are processed through a very secure PayPal payment gateway. This means that your information is safe and secure. If you are still wary about using a credit card, we offer alternative payment solutions, such as PayPal and eCheck.
How discreet is my order?
Very discreet. We respect your privacy and ship every order in plain packaging with no mention of come-on.ca. A generic statement will appear on your credit card bill.
How will my order be shipped?
From December 2011, we only offer the option of UPS shipping. This is a courier service. Most orders will be shipped at the flat rate of $17.99. Orders over $79 will be shipped absolutely free.
How long will shipping take?
All orders are processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed before midday will be processed the same day. Orders placed on a Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. We do our best to get the each order shipped out to our customer as quickly as possible, however please allow up to 3 weeks for transit.
I have not yet received my order. Who should I contact?
Please allow up to 3 weeks for shipping. The processing status of your order is available in the account section. If you are concerned about the status of your order, please use the contact form to contact us, clearly stating your order number. We will research the status of the order and respond as soon as possible. Please note: In some rare cases, for reasons that are beyond our control, a package may travel slowly or go missing in transit. In such rare cases, we are more than happy replace or credit the missing items. If this happens, please contact us to reach a resolution first. If a PayPal dispute is lodged, we will provide proof of shipping only, with no offer of relacement or refund. Again, please contact us before considering a PayPal dispute, and we will be more than happy to help.
Can I ship to a different address?
Yes. You will be given this option as you pass through the checkout. You may specify different shipping and billing addresses.
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final, we will not refund or exchange for incorrect choice. If a product arrives damaged, defective or broken, we will assess and issue either a refund or store credit. Each issue will be assessed and determined on a case-by-case basis. We may request a photo of the damaged item, or request the item to be returned. To claim on defective goods, you must contact us within seven days of receipt of the item. Please contact customer service and clearly outline the problem. We'll always do our best to help you out.
What happens if a product is out of stock?
If a desired item is out of stock, you can contact us to be notified when this item returns. If you do purchase an item that happens to be out of stock, we will contact you within 24 hours to request permission to replace the order with a similar item of equal or higher value. If you do not wish to do this, we will then offer you a store credit or a full refund.
Can I expect any customs/import charges?
Import duties may be incurred, depending on the items ordered and the shipping location. Import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately we have little control over these charges.
How can I use a coupon code?
Coupon codes may be found hidden all over our web site, and also on Twitter and Facebook. You will be prompted at checkout for a coupon code. Only one coupon code may be used per order.
